急倾斜厚煤层综放工作面预注吸收液治理硫化氢技术

Pre-injecting absorbing liquids prevention technologies during top coal flows in extremely steep and heavy thick coal seams

摘要: 针对乌东矿急倾斜厚煤层综放面放顶煤涌出硫化氢浓度高、危害性大的特点,采用超前工作面预注吸收液工艺技术对硫化氢危害进行了防治,并对预注吸收液封孔工艺,注水时间、注水量以及注水压力等参数进行了试验研究,得出一套适合急倾斜厚煤层放顶涌出硫化氢治理技术。经现场应用表明,煤体预注吸收液后支架放煤涌出硫化氢降低效率达到74.6%,取得较好的治理硫化氢效果。

Abstract: The in view of the western coal-filed mechanized mining caving face in steeply inclined, thick top coal caving and fully mechanized top coal caving emission with high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, caused great harm to the particularity of the advance of working face pre grouting absorption fluid technology of sulfide hazard prevention and control. Based on hole sealing technology, note absorption fluid technology and injection of different absorption liquid parameters reduce the hydrogen sulfide test research, it is concluded that a for prevention and treatment of extra thick top emission technology of sulfide hazard. Field research shows that coal pre injection Wells stent coal absorbing liquid hydrogen sulfide reducing efficiency reached 74.6%, achieve good control effect of hydrogen sulfide.
